After you cancel
When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. You keep access until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
Refunds and billing questions
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal and can request a refund within 14 days. Think you were charged incorrectly, or cancelled but were still charged? Email our customer-care team at soporte@holozonia-mx.com with your mobile number, the date and amount of the charge, and a short note. We review every request based on your subscription status, your billing history and your cancellation date.
